Friday, June 26, 2026 - Rehearsal Day

5:30 pm Ceremony Rehearsal The Adelphi

Location: 365 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866

NOTE: Arrive 15 minutes early so we can begin on time. The Ceremony location is in the Ballroom.

6:00 pm Rehearsal Dinner at Salt & Char

Location: 353 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 (connected to The Adelphi Hotel)

NIGHT BEFORE NOTES:

  1. Hydrate. Drink plenty of water tonight so you feel good all day tomorrow.

  2. Steam or iron tonight. Make sure dresses, shirts, and suits are pressed before the morning. The planning team will also be there to help with this in the morning.

  3. Pack ahead. Gather all accessories, jewelry, undergarments, and both pairs of shoes (heels and comfortable flats).

  4. Grooming check. Shave or trim tonight if needed. Pack cologne, deodorant, and any hair product.

  5. Face and hair prep. Arrive with a clean, dry face and clean, dry hair. This makes hair and makeup go faster and last longer.

  6. Sleep. Aim for a good night’s rest so you are fresh for photos and ready to celebrate.

Saturday, June 27, 2026 - Wedding Day

8:30 am Hair and Make Up Arrival For Set Up

‍Location: Library at The Adelphi

8:45 am Hair Services Start Time

NOTE: Please arrive early and bring any inspo photos. As long as someone is always in the hair and makeup chair, we’ll stay right on schedule. No need to stress about exact timing.

12:15 pm Photographer (Rob) To Arrive | Time For Photos - Details (getting ready, mimosas, etc)

12:45 pm Hair and Make Up Complete

12:45 pm Wedding Party Dressed and Ready

1:00 pm Ryan and Sean To Get Dressed

Separate Getting Ready Photos

1:30 pm Photos - First Look

2:00 pm Photos - Wedding Party

2:30 pm Photos - Family

3:15 pm Finished with photos
