Please arrive by 3:45 pm so there is enough time to park, make your way up the mountain, and be seated before the ceremony begins.

Please silence phones before the ceremony begins. The couple kindly asks guests to be present and refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

After the ceremony, guests will travel back to Grand Ebs View Lodge for cocktail hour.

Helpful Guest Notes

This is an Adirondack fall wedding with outdoor ceremony and reception elements.

Please dress warmly.

Comfortable shoes are strongly encouraged.

The ceremony includes mountain terrain, so please plan footwear accordingly.

Carpooling is encouraged.

The reception will have heaters, blankets, coffee, dessert, and cozy outdoor elements, but it may still be chilly.

Wedding Party and Family Notes

Please stay close to the timeline and keep your phone nearby earlier in the day.

The ceremony location requires travel, guest movement, and mountain access, so we need everyone ready and in place on time.

If you are needed for photos, please do not wander after arriving at Scott’s Cobble.

If you are helping with dogs, flowers, rings, vow books, ceremony items, or family seating, Amanda will confirm your role directly before the wedding day.
