NOTE: Arrive 15 minutes early so we can begin on time. The Ceremony location is upstairs in the main ballroom.
4:15 pm Rehearsal Dinner at The Brook Tavern
Location: 139 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
7:00 pm Welcome Party at Water's Edge Homeowner's Association
Location: 150 Kaydeross Park Rd, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
9:00 pm Welcome Party Concludes
NIGHT BEFORE NOTES:
Hydrate. It will be a long and fun weekend, so start drinking water now.
Steam or iron tonight. Make sure dresses, shirts, and suits are pressed before the morning.
Pack ahead. Gather all accessories, jewelry, undergarments, and both pairs of shoes (heels and comfortable flats).
Face and hair prep. Arrive with a clean, dry face and clean, dry hair. This makes hair and makeup go faster and last longer.
Sleep. Aim for a good night’s rest so you are fresh for photos and ready to celebrate

8:30 am Hair & Make Arrival For Set Up

NOTE: Please be at Sarah and Will’s at least 15 minutes before your Hair or Make Up Start Time, Bring Inspo Photos
Bring all items you’ll need for the reception and afterparty (attire, shoes, beauty products, etc)
12:00 pm Sarah and Ladies to Enjoy Lunch
1:30 pm Ladies Time For Photos - Details (getting ready, mimosas, etc)
1:45 pm Ladies To Be Dressed and Ready (Shoes on, jewelry on, bouquets ready)
2:00 pm Sarah To Get in The Dress
2:00 pm John (FOB) To Arrive at Sarah and Will’s House for FOB First Look
2:30 pm Premiere Transportation Will Arrive To Pick Everyone Up and Head To SNGC
3:00 pm Sarah and Wedding Party to Arrive at SNGC
3:00 pm Family and Bridesmaids Photos at Saratoga National
3:25 pm Everyone (except Sarah) up to the boardroom
