Friday, May 1, 2026 - Rehearsal Day

4:30 pm Ceremony Rehearsal At The Queensbury Hotel

Location: 88 Ridge St, Glens Falls, NY 12801

NOTE: Arrive 15 minutes early so we can begin on time. The Ceremony location is in the Adirondack Room

7:00 pm Welcome Party at Downtown Social

Location: 190 Glen Street, Glens Falls, NY, 12801

9:00 pm Welcome Party Concludes

NIGHT BEFORE NOTES:

  1. Hydrate. It will be a long and fun weekend, so start drinking water now.

  2. Steam or iron tonight. Make sure dresses, shirts, and suits are pressed before the morning. The planning team will also be there to help with this in the morning.

  3. Pack ahead. Gather all accessories, jewelry, undergarments, and both pairs of shoes (heels and comfortable flats).

  4. Face and hair prep. Arrive with a clean, dry face and clean, dry hair. This makes hair and makeup go faster and last longer.

  5. Sleep. Aim for a good night’s rest so you are fresh for photos and ready to celebrate

Saturday, May 2, 2026 - Wedding Day

6:45 am Make Up Arrival For Set Up

7:00 am Make Up Services Start Time

8:00 am Hair Services Start Time  

NOTE: Please arrive early and bring any inspo photos. As long as someone is always in the hair and makeup chair, we’ll stay right on schedule. No need to stress about exact timing.

1:00 pm Photographer (Rebecca) To Arrive | Time For Photos - Details (getting ready, mimosas, etc)

1:30 pm Hair and Make Up Complete

1:45 pm Ladies To Be Dressed and Ready (Shoes on, jewelry on, bouquets ready)

2:00 pm Rachael To Get in The Dress

3:00 pm Rachael and Logan’s First Look & Private Vows

NOTE: For the ladies and family, this is great time for touch ups, and restroom breaks.

3:30 pm Wedding Party Photos In The Lawn Area
