A collaborative planning experience designed for highly personalized weddings that require thoughtful logistics, curated vendor support, creative guidance, and hands-on management throughout the planning process.

Planning Support

  • Unlimited email communication throughout the planning process

  • Up to 2 scheduled planning calls per month as needed

  • Collaborative planning guidance from booking through wedding weekend

  • Custom planning portal with timelines, checklists, guest information, and planning resources

  • Curated vendor scouting with top recommendations presented clearly and efficiently

  • Ongoing guidance narrowing down vendors, rentals, design decisions, and logistics

  • Review and guidance on vendor proposals, contracts, and planning details

  • Assistance building the overall flow and structure of the wedding weekend

Timeline and Logistics

  • Full wedding weekend timeline creation and management

  • Detailed wedding day timeline for vendors, wedding party, and VIP family

  • Ceremony flow and processional planning

  • Guest flow planning throughout Husk Falls Manor Estate

  • Transportation and arrival logistics guidance

  • Backup weather planning and contingency coordination

  • Final logistical confirmations with vendors leading into the wedding weekend

Vendor Coordination

  • Vendor scouting and recommendation research for key categories

  • Vendor communication beginning approximately 12 weeks prior to the wedding

  • Coordination with catering, bar service, photography, rentals, and additional booked vendors

  • Vendor confirmations, arrival planning, and logistical oversight

  • Assistance sourcing vendors aligned with your style, priorities, and budget

Collaborative Design and Atmosphere

  • Collaborative design guidance throughout the planning process

  • Ceremony and reception layout planning

  • Guidance on atmosphere-focused details including candlelight, rugs, textures, natural elements, and overall flow

  • Assistance creating an intentional wedding environment throughout the property

  • Guest comfort and experience-focused setup planning

Ceremony and Rehearsal

  • Ceremony structure and flow guidance

  • Officiant support and ceremony planning assistance

  • Rehearsal coordination and processional practice

  • Ceremony cueing and guest management on the wedding day

Wedding Day Management

  • Lead planner on site up to (12) hours throughout the wedding day

  • Assistant support as needed

  • Full wedding day management from setup through the close of the reception

  • Oversight of vendors, setup, timing, décor placement, and guest flow

  • Behind-the-scenes troubleshooting and problem solving

  • Personal support throughout the wedding day so you can remain fully present

Property Flow

Helping transform Hoosick Falls Manor into a seamless wedding environment with intentional use of ceremony, dinner, cocktail, and gathering spaces.

Guest Experience

Managing the flow of the weekend so guests feel comfortable, informed, and immersed in the experience from arrival through departure.

Winter Logistics

Weather contingency planning, outdoor ceremony coordination, transportation considerations, warmth planning, and overall logistical oversight.

Wedding Management

Full oversight throughout the wedding so you can stay present instead of managing timelines, vendors, or setup.

INVESTMENT

$5,500

This includes partial planning support, vendor scouting and coordination, collaborative design guidance, rehearsal coordination, and full wedding day management for your celebration at Hoosick Falls Manor.

Payment structure:

30% retainer to reserve the date
Remaining balance split into scheduled payments
