FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16 - Rehearsal Day

Please arrive about 15 minutes early so we can get everyone organized and begin the rehearsal on time.

We’ll walk through the processional, where everyone will stand, family seating, readings, the full Mass, recessional, and everything the wedding party needs to know for Saturday.

Please bring the marriage license to the rehearsal.

NIGHT-BEFORE NOTES

  1. Get everything ready tonight. Suit or tux, shirt, shoes, socks, cufflinks, tie or bow tie, belt, watch, and anything else you’re wearing should be together and ready to go.

  2. Steam anything that needs it tonight. Do not save this for Saturday morning.

  3. Charge your phone, but plan to put it away once photos and the ceremony begin.

  4. Eat, hydrate, and get some sleep. Saturday is a long day and we want everyone feeling good.

  5. Double-check anything Matt has asked you to bring. Rings, vows, gifts, cards, or anything else should be packed tonight.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 17 - Wedding Day!

GETTING READY

Morning | Take It Easy

Eat breakfast.
Drink water.
Take your time getting ready.

You do not need to be fully dressed first thing, but please be at the house, settled in, and ready to go when photography begins.

10:30 AM | Photography and Videography Begins

Walker Wedding Group will begin coverage with Matt and the guys.

Keep the getting-ready space as clean as possible before they arrive.

Matt should have his details gathered together for photos, including:

  • Shoes

  • Watch

  • Cufflinks

  • Tie or bow tie

  • Cologne

  • Invitation suite if needed

  • Rings

  • Any gifts, letters, or sentimental items

11:00 AM | Get Dressed

Everyone should begin getting into wedding attire.

Before we leave, check that you have everything you need for the rest of the day. Once we head to the church, you should not need to come back to the house.

11:30 AM | Everyone Fully Dressed

Final touches and photos.

Matt will also have his first look with his parent during this time.

11:45 AM | Florals and Boutonnieres

We’ll make sure everyone has the correct boutonniere and get them pinned before departure.

12:00 PM | Depart for St. Clement’s

Royale Transportation will pick up Matt and the guys at:

We’ll get everyone organized before guests begin arriving and make sure the wedding party is ready for the processional.

1:00 PM | Wedding Mass Begins

It’s time!

Following the Ceremony | Family Photos

Immediate family should remain at the church for photographs.

If you are included in family photos, please do not leave until Walker releases you.

2:30 PM | Leave for the Park For Wedding Party Photos

Walker Wedding Group will continue with wedding party and couple portraits following the church.

Wedding party, please stay close and listen for your name. The faster we move through groups, the more time everyone gets to relax before cocktail hour.

2:45 PM to 4:15 PM | Wedding Party, Family and Couple Portraits

Photography continues throughout Saratoga Spa State Park and Hall of Springs.

4:00/4:15 PM | Wedding Party Arrives at Hall of Springs

Take a break, have water, freshen up, and keep personal belongings together.

4:30 PM | Cocktail Hour Begins

Wedding party can grab a drink and something to eat once released from photos.

5:20 PM | Katie and Matt’s Room Reveal

Katie and Matt will have a few minutes to see the ballroom together before guests enter.

Wedding party should begin gathering for introductions when directed by Curora.

5:30 PM | Cocktail Hour Concludes

Guests begin moving into the ballroom.

Wedding party lines up for introductions.

Please have drinks, phones, purses, and anything else put away before lineup.

5:45 PM | Reception Introductions

Wedding party introductions followed by Katie and Matt.

5:55 PM | Katie and Matt’s First Dance

6:00 PM | Parent Dances

Transportation begins departing Hall of Springs for hotels and the after-party.

Please make sure you have your phone, purse, jacket, comfortable shoes, and anything else you brought with you before leaving Hall of Springs.
