Tuesday, December 30, 2025 - Rehearsal Day
4:00 pm Rehearsal At Hotel Brookmere
Location: 500 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
NOTE: Arrive 15 minutes early so we can begin on time. The Ceremony location is through the lobby/restaurant in the tent.
5:30 pm Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Party at The 408
Location: 408 Broadway 2nd Floor, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
9:30 pm Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Party Concludes
NIGHT BEFORE NOTES:
Hydrate. It will be a long and fun weekend, so start drinking water now.
Steam or iron tonight. Make sure dresses, shirts, and suits are pressed before the morning.
Pack ahead. Gather all accessories, jewelry, undergarments, and both pairs of shoes (heels and comfortable flats).
Face and hair prep. Arrive with a clean, dry face and clean, dry hair. This makes hair and makeup go faster and last longer.
Sleep. Aim for a good night’s rest so you are fresh for photos and ready to celebrate
Wednesday, December 31, 2025 - Wedding Day
8:00 am Hair Arrival For Set Up

8:00 am Maria and Ladies to Enjoy Breakfast
8:15 am HMU Start Time
NOTE: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time and bring any inspo photos.
12:00 pm Maria and Ladies to Enjoy Lunch
1:45 pm Hair and Make Up Complete
2:00 pm Photographer (Allie) To Arrive | Time For Photos - Details (getting ready, mimosas, etc)
2:15 pm Ladies To Be Dressed and Ready (Shoes on, jewelry on, bouquets ready)
2:15 pm Maria To Get in The Dress
2:45 pm Greg (FOB) To Arrive at the Wedding Lounge for FOB First Look
3:10 pm Maria Ready for First Look
