Friday, September 18, 2026 - Rehearsal Day

Please arrive about 15 minutes early so we can get everyone organized and begin rehearsal on time.
We’ll walk through the ceremony, processional, where everyone will stand, recessional and anything the wedding party needs to know for Saturday.
5:30 PM | Rehearsal Dinner
8:00 PM | Welcome Party

NIGHT BEFORE NOTES:
Hydrate. It will be a long and fun weekend, so start drinking water now.
Steam or iron tonight. Make sure dresses, shirts, and suits are pressed before the morning. The planning team will also be there to help with this in the morning.
Pack ahead. Gather all accessories, jewelry, undergarments, and both pairs of shoes (heels and comfortable flats).
Face and hair prep. Arrive with a clean, dry face and clean, dry hair. This makes hair and makeup go faster and last longer.
Sleep. Aim for a good night’s rest so you are fresh for photos and ready to celebrate
Saturday, September 19, 2026 - Wedding Day

7:15 AM | Hair and Makeup Team Arrives
The Upstyle team arrives and gets settled.
7:45 AM | Hair and Makeup Begins
Hair and makeup services begin.
Please be ready for your scheduled service with clean, prepared hair and skin.
Eat breakfast, drink water and enjoy the morning.
11:30 AM | Hair and Makeup Complete
Everyone should be finishing hair and makeup.
11:30 AM to 12:00 PM | Final Touchups
Final hair and makeup touchups.
Make sure you have eaten, had water and used the restroom before getting dressed.
12:00 PM | Time to Get Dressed
All wedding party and family should get in their wedding attire.
Lauren gets into her wedding dress.
First Look With Dad
Lauren and Dad will have their first look before leaving for the ceremony.
1:20 PM | Final Wedding Party Check
Bathroom.
Bouquets.
Phones and personal belongings.
1:35 PM | Trolley Arrives
The wedding party trolley arrives at the Drakeley Residence.
1:45 PM | Trolley Departs
Lauren, wedding party, parents and designated family depart for Prince of Peace Parish.

Cocktail hour runs from 3:00 to 4:30 PM.
Once you are released from photos, grab a drink, eat something and enjoy!
4:30 PM | Cocktail Hour Concludes
Guests begin moving into the reception tent.
Wedding party and immediate family should stay together in the Cocktail Hour Tent.
We’ll get everyone organized for introductions.
