Kally and Kiernan’s Wedding!

Wedding Management Proposal
June 12, 2027
St. Mary’s, Ballston Spa
The Lodge, Saratoga Springs

THE CURORA EXPERIENCE

You’re planning a wedding day that already has so many thoughtful pieces in place. A church ceremony at St. Mary’s, a reception at The Lodge, time built in for photos and a clear focus on making the day feel good for everyone moving through it.

You care about the guest experience in a real way. Not just how the day looks, but how it feels. You want your family, wedding party, and guests to know where they’re going, what’s happening next, and how to move through the day without confusion or awkward waiting.

You don’t need someone to take over everything you’ve already planned. You need someone who understands events, can step into the logistics, and can be the calm, clear point person so you are not the one answering questions, chasing people, or managing timing on your wedding day.

My role is to support the flow. I’ll manage the timeline, coordinate the vendor team, guide the ceremony and photo transitions, keep the wedding party and family moving, and make sure the details are handled before they ever become your problem.

Planning for you

You and Kiernan get to be fully present, and your people feel taken care of from the ceremony through the last song.

Guest Experience Goals:

Clear direction, smooth transitions, guest comfort, strong family flow, intentional photo timing, calm logistics, no one asking you what comes next

For your wedding specifically, our focus would be:

Making sure the wedding party, family, and VIPs know exactly when to arrive, where to go, and what they are responsible for.

Managing lineup, ceremony cues, family movement, and the moments that can feel chaotic when no one is officially in charge.

Helping move people into the right photo groups, keeping the timeline tight, and making sure you are not answering “where do we go?” every five minutes.

Using the time intentionally so family, friends, lunch, and portraits all feel organized instead of scattered.

Working alongside Roxanne and the venue team so the room, timing, vendors, and guest flow are aligned.

Cueing formalities, keeping dinner and stations moving, watching the guest experience, and handling the small things before they become things you ever need to know about.
